The apartment, on the 3rd floor, (lift access) is two bedroom (double and twin), with two bathrooms, fully furnished, with a large southwest-facing balcony, with sea view, overlooking the pool.

The apartment has marble flooring throughout and air conditioning to keep it cool in summer. There is central heating if required. Satellite TV, DVD and hifi are installed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linen and towels are provided.

In addition to the hotel’s extensive facilities is the well known beachfront restaurant Eddy's & Marisa's. There are two other restaurants beside the apartment Tony Romas and The 3 Olives.

There is a good bus service to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Taxis are available from the Coral Beach Hotel. The apartment has 24 hr security, basement car parking, swimming pool and a gymnasium. The building is wheelchair accessible and approximately 3 years old.
